- Where appropriate, we may share necessary data with other Government agencies, so as to improve the discharge of public functions, and to serve you in the most efficient and effective way unless such sharing is prohibited by law.
- We will NOT share your Personal Data with non-Government entities, except where such entities have been authorised to carry out specific Government services.
- For your convenience, we may also display to you data you had previously supplied us or other Government Agencies. This will speed up the transaction and save you the trouble of repeating previous submissions. Should the data be out-of-date, please supply us the latest data.
- To safeguard your Personal Data, all electronic storage and transmission of Personal Data is secured with appropriate security technologies.
- This digital service may contain links to non-Government digital services whose data protection and privacy practices may differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these other digital services and encourage you to consult the privacy notices of those digital services.

Right to collect, use and disclose data and information connected with the user’s information
- You hereby affirmatively agree, consent to and authorise the collection, use and disclosure, by and on behalf of the GovTech, of all information or data relating to accessing and using any part of this application, in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of provisioning and administering services, network & service enhancement, security and risk management, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and other purposes as further described in this Privacy Policy, subject to such changes, withdrawals or corrections which may be revised from time to time without any prior notice. You may determine if any such revision has taken place by referring to the date on which these terms was last updated. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of such changes.
- This digital product is owned and operated by the Government of Singapore.
- By registering, accessing, and using any part of the SHN Reporting Application ("App"), you consent to us collecting and using the information you provide, including your Personal Data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This includes the information that you provide to us while setting up a SHN Reporting profile thru on our App.
- In this Privacy Policy, the words "we", "our" and "us" refer to the Government Technology Agency of Singapore ("GovTech").

What are the information collected?
- GovTech will collect personal data ("Data") from individuals for its operational needs as it fulfils its role to manage the SHN Reporting System in Singapore.
- GovTech seeks consent from individuals for the collection through the application, use and disclosure of the Data in the following situations:
- We collect your information on behalf of SHN administration authority. The information we collect includes mobile number and residence location during the SHN period.
- We collect data on distance from SHN residence and compliance status.
- We collect wellness-related data, such as (i.e. temperature and respiratory symptoms data) when the App wellness submission function is used.
How we use the information and share personal data?
- The information will be used to:
- Register with the relevant SHN administration authority for your SHN compliance;
- Troubleshoot the QO/SHN Reporting system, if required; or
- Improve the performance of the App.
- GovTech may share necessary data with other Government agencies or non-Government organisations authorised by GovTech to carry out specific functions in order to render an efficient and effective service to the individual, unless the sharing of data is prohibited by legislation.

- To request for amendments to his/ her Data on the basis that the Data collected or maintained by the GovTech is inaccurate or incomplete; or
